Every LA student deserves a pathway to opportunity.

GPSN's student impact work connects young people to the experiences, employers, and supports that prepare them to lead thriving adult lives.

About Student Impact

Turning opportunity into outcomes

Student Impact is GPSN's direct-to-student campaign — where research and advocacy become real experiences for young people. We connect LA students to internships, funded programs, and enrichment that build the skills, relationships, and confidence to reach thriving adult lives. It's how GPSN's model moves from insight to impact: what we learn through Collective Action and Civic Engagement, Student Impact puts to work for students themselves.

What Student Impact Looks Like

Opportunity, made real for students

Student Impact turns GPSN's model into direct experiences for young people — connecting LA students to internships, funded pilots, and enrichment that build the skills and confidence to reach thriving adult lives.

High School Internship Program

Real-world internships that place high school students inside LA workplaces — building the skills, networks, and confidence that open the door to a career.

Scalable Pilots

GPSN funds and tests promising early-stage programs, then grows what works so more LAUSD students benefit.

Summer of Joy

GPSN's summer learning and enrichment initiative — joyful, hands-on experiences that keep students engaged and growing.
